Time for shareholders to look at a class action lawsuit against the Winthers. VHUB'S attitude towards its shareholders changed a year ago, this has all been a deliberate setup to defraud the investors in my opinion..

Knowing how these guys have acted, they will find a way to offset any sale proceeds and leave the investors a net $0. There has been a year long history of VHUB trying minimalize any positive news and drive the value to $0.
Remember the odd facebook listing of Perlingos as a "former" employee last summer?
Remember all of the other odd actions and lack of info, the firing of Moreno after the news release of two impressive sales months? Do these things add up here to just a bunch of Fraud?

Looks like Kyle and the rest of the Winthers are establishing a reputation which will follow them for decades.
