especially since the last split was nearly 3 years ago and they certainly have not abused dilution by any means. All of these OTC's should be at 30.5 mil o/s 3 years after a r/s. No one could explain this pending 1 for 50 here. It's an anomaly for this sized s/s. Just goes to show us that nothing is 100% safe in the OTC

I can't figure it out and if others could they surely would of posted there view
