Arb decision is + and for 50mil, from its current cash on hand of let's say 5mil it jumps to 55mil, CelSci knows the share price will jump too, and they know how many shares they have out, so price is up, shares are up, r/s comes price stays up, shares go down, for CelSci a crappy 55mil will barely get them thru Multikine if anything, that's if they don't have to start phiii from scratch, what about leaps! what about those warts! Geert knows better and the milk will stop, if the share price isn't kept high enough.
