You make some very compelling arguments. I have shared many of my concerns....

Why, in your mind, would they r/s after the arbitration decision? Rather than before?

I'd think a complete facelift (r/s) followed by in injection of cash would better position the company and its story goInch forward.
This may be and endless debatable scenario, but I'd like to entertain it in case I'm overlooking holes in either case.
