I didnt say it was institution. But it is bigger than just commons. Do the research for the last month. Plus if it was commons why not let the price drop and then buy? Why buy for .08 when you can buy for .06 or even lower. I dont know for sure who it is but I have my suspicion which I will keep to myself as i could be wrong. But if you were wanting millions of shares it is the perfect way of getting them without drawing attention and spiking the price. If you watch and the trend continues you will see when volume runs out they will start buying again. My guess is low 8's. But just a guess.
