I'm 23 years old and have been experiencing chronic knee pain from inflammation for the better part of 8 years. In the past, I have done physical therapy, which proved fruitless, and tried a topical NSAID that was very expensive.
I have been using the ActiPatch for just over a week now and I've already seen results. After using the patch, I can comfortably perform many actions that I would normally have avoided. Just the other day, I had to push my friend's car in order to pop his clutch and get the engine running (it took us several attempts). My knee didn't give out, I didn't have to shrink away or lay off due to pain. I also box, and typically after a session my knee would be throbbing and I'd be laying in bed for the remainder of the evening. With the ActiPatch, this isn't the case. I have more fluidity and comfortable range of motion, I can exercise longer without having to stop due to pain or feelings of discomfort. Post-workout I have little to no pain or swelling in my knee.
The only uncomfortable component of the product, for me, is the actual knee brace that comes with it. As long as my leg is fully extended, I don't really notice that its there, but I've tried walking around campus with it and sitting at desks with my knees bent, and after a time, it becomes slightly uncomfortable and my skin gets irritated.
