Just looked at the website again. Blown away with the detail, communication and transparency.

Yeah, it's a pretty big deal. People will start waking up to this sleepy stock, I have no doubt. In the mean time... just enjoy while the price is low. I'm enjoying the confidence combined with the undervaluation - still accumulating.

Just received this PM from someone... more should try calling Jan if any questions. Not sure what questions anyone can have with all of the transparency and communication, but definitely worth it if you do have a question:

I had my first phone conversation with Jan. He is great guy to talk with. Very informative conversation. Very serious about this real estate venture and Mr. Arroyo was a golden find for PGUS.

Jan is 100% locked in on Baja and I really see why after speaking with him today.
