Great post and totally agree. Mr. Arroyo was an excellent hire by our CEO.

An ocean front real estate project of the magnitude Jan has plans for will catch the attention of wealthy investors / developers.

Should create many jobs for locals and I am sure the Mexican Government will have a keen interest in this project. JMO
