ok...so these are the UNDISPITED FACTS....
1)the merger IS complete

2) shareholders of the commons WONT get burned because talk is getting the t-moble deals in it as well

3) all this legal mumbo/jumbo is just settling with their creditors on how to pay them back and wont hurt us whatsoever...?

4) being this chapter of b/k dosent wipe out debt but re-organizes debt....commons are intact
