Well.....wonder where would he (Dea) go with the outlets?? And would T-mobile allow this?? And I'm pretty sure he, nor Levy, nor Lee want jail time. LOL. If you read the court docs carefully, the merger completion is there. That's the end game. jmo.

PS. Note that Talk is currently receiving money/deposits from CPD Mobile aka Telecom Acquisition Partners; so I'm sure Levy wants that to continue. They are now fiscally operating as one entity per the court docs. Fact!!
