Paying back debt would easily be a first.

If Mr. Kay keeps to his business plan, I would assume debt elimination, investing in future growth opportunities and possibly a share bb if he is so inclined. I think that SFOR is in a position to be poised for future growth that will increase their revenue stream...this also sticks to the business plan.

Have you ever seen a television commercial for software? Has the lack of one hurt the business for Photoshop? Maybe Quickbooks although I'm not sure about that, either. No reason to think there will be one here. I think it was an idea thrown out there and, fortunately, in my opinion, retracted, more or less.

I'd like to see a massive stock buyback, can't see any downside with that, otherwise, more R &D for more products would be fine by me. And some internet pop-ups, too.

If we get 15 to 20 million dollars after years of infringement (you did say all three) and each makes millions of dollars per quarter with revenues increasing bigly. Than no of course no share buybacks also they should pay off depts with that. What will kay say than. We were strapped for cash that is why we settled for 5 million with each. Also after a settlement like that i believe there will be huge volatility maybe anywhere from .006 to .03 and eventually start a huge downtrend lower than this last one we had.
