1pm eastern?! even if it closes I dont see much action on the day, but then again we are a penny stock and it is positive news we will see, worst case scenario it's delayed li did get it for 1 mil cheaper then original asking...seems a bit unusual but I'm not in real estate so I wouldn't know there might be an issue with the building that's a big savings for us but at what cost
