$COF Capital One upgraded to Buy from Neutral at Goldman Goldman Sachs analyst Ryan Nash upgraded Capital One to Buy and raised his price target for the shares to $110 from $106. Almost all of the bank's increases in losses during 2016 can be explained by "growth math," which should have a "finite life to it," Nash tells investors in a research note.
