He wants the BCSC to stop Barrick and Silver Wheaton from faking ownership of Tesoro claims to Pascua Chile in their NI-43-101 Pascua Lama document. MSX is partners with Mr Lopehandia who is before the Chile courts dealing with enforcing his ownership to Pascua and the crimes that have supported Barricks fraudulent ownership.
Nobody agrees that Barrick should continue to fake ownership of Pascua Lama claims, so we all support Mr Lopehandia's efforts.
