Was there ever a filing for that "FDA lifting" press release? Oh wait, OTC doesn't demand filings like that. Lol.

I disagree. Move to OTC was brilliant. Should have done it sooner. Look at the average daily volume, its considerably smaller than the short volumes that were used to push the price down. The short volume fell in two weeks from 13M down to below 3M. On the OTC the shorts have less ability to manipulate the stock. Particularly if there is good news, the share price will sky rocket. Remember, buying on the OTC is much easier and less risky than shorting on the OTC, so good news could actually allow the share price to sky rocket.
