US Capital Partners is a VERY scary company, FYI.

I have dealt with them before, but never done business.

So, it is actually good news that this didn't happen, for whatever reason.


USCP will take everything you own if you default. You won't be given the chance to take another breath after going into default with them.

They will sell your assets, property, house, what ever they can. The contracts they write actually plan for these things to happen. Someone will be working against you whether you are making payments or not. They are a very prepared company.
