daniele more likely the .bc GTE wore before. It was an artifact of the clean up of the prefered shares and elimination of debt. AMEX did not feel that GTE reported the transaction correctly/accurately. I have no more specifics than that. In making a call to the AMEX they stated it was a failure to report a transaction that affected the shares outstanding. It occured at about the time of the debt cleanup.
