HD - even if they do receive event numbers quarterly, if events have been tracking to their expectations throughout, and numbers are just for example:
They need 1290 to start the 80% onset
On Sep 30, 2016 = 1160 events
On Dec 31, 2016 = 1250 events
Projected: Mar 31, 2017 = 1340 events
Protected: Feb 10, 2017 = 1290 events
So even if they get updated quarterly, would they wait until March 31?
