Who is selling shares? I have tracked share structure for two years and dilution stopped in April 2016. The company is not selling, unless your trying to convince me management is selling their restricted shares? Again, wrong, that number hasn't changed either. Fact is retail loaded this in Sept/October through the top, when they decided 3000% was enough and dropped it. The stock will likely be range bound until either Health Canada news or another major partnership happens. I know revenues are going to be good at end of March, mid April if they file another NT10K, but don't believe they will justify an outrageous valuation. Fact is, you claim dilution, and I proved you wrong. Next.

Are you effen kidding... Clearly u havenot idea what dilution is! Dilution is when MORE shares are added to existing shares... Even if and when owners or officers sell their already existing shares( which they also need to report, which by the way did happen), it could put downward pressure on a stock... BUTT is not dilution... Jeez
