Not sure you know what dilution means. They sell their shares they have right now for cash (look at the insane last week once shorts were covered), suckers like you will buy more telling everyone "long and strong!", then this stock slowly week by week goes back down to $0.006, especially after their report that is not even close to the hype it was pumping up on recently, them the volume becomes more and more stagnant, and stays that way until fall/winter. Again, just remember I told you this now, so when it happens like clockwork, you can figure out how to move forward in the future with other investments.
