I would be surprised if the 80% onset is not announced at next week's 8k, for reasons I explained.

Meanwhile I think they will announce the start of the process they don't have to. I am not 100% sure, but this type of event does not trigger a 8-K automatically (by law).

Furthermore, the Co has some leeway ... they could issue the 8-K (start the process) when the 80% are events (all adjudicated). However I think they will announce as at 1st IA: enough events and enough occurrences in the adjudication process for the 80%.
