The general argument pro MaxD pitched over on Yahoo seems to amount to:
-- There are a lot of legal proceedings with MaxD somehow involved;
-- They may settle soon, or otherwise go well. For example there may be a settlement before the IPR ruling, which is expected soon.
-- MaxD will benefit if things go well, in some way. But it will be great.
-- Therefore, you should invest.
Maybe not the most compelling pitch...
One slightly eyebrow raising tid bit though: it's said that if there is a new lawsuit against Google, after the IPR ruling, MaxD won't be the plaintiff. Or at least that's what I think is being said.
