I am unaware of Sabby at all, let alone as a (to paraphrase) a vulture and destroyer of companies. Could you please point me to some fact verified article, investigative series, etc that would provide information as to how, when and where Sabby engaged in predatory investment practices. Truly, I am curious because on its face, the purchase of shares by a hedge fund can be taken as an affirmation of the belief that uplisting tô NASDAQ would allow for institutional investors who are restricted in their charters from venturing into OTC stocks.

Hedge funds and activist investors -- while these folks aren't always friends of company management their interests tend to align with other shareholders. They might help to unlock value here. What are the reasons you have this view of Sabby?
