When I saw sabby was behind the deal I was like oh sh-t reason being they have been involved with quite a few microcap bios tickers cytr,gale,rxii,and others.They were fined by the sec in 2015 for shorting violations,I'm not an expert but my concern was I knew the name immediately,I just wish Cola and the board had gotten on board with someone else I do not know what Sabbys motives are but hope they see a growth story.
