Maybe there is something to this and they are truly trying to put this together. I did expect the increase in A/S so thats not a big surprise lets hope that something good comes out of this in the end. I got stuck when it tanked and saw no reason to sell so far down just keep hoping for a miracle. What concerns me is why enter into more toxic debt if they have something going for them they should be able to get financing without destroying stock price further.
