Agree with you on $20, been expecting it after the two huge buys, each in the billions of $$. I'm not expecting more than $18-$19 in the near term, though, as I think the investment community has a lot of stuff to digest before buying into the servicing area with as much conviction I assume is the case with NRZ.
By near term, I'm defining it as between now and June sometime.
