I remember something about that. I think it was basically a cash loan in exchange for X amount of shares. Not sure of the exact details. Could be wrong, but that's what I remember.
Sorry, I do not have that info. It came from an employee but it dates to the announcement of the recent lawsuit a year or so ago . However, there has not been much volume in that time to evidence she sold. I believe she was likely the largest share holder not an officer.
