Bassam and Novalere (those 2) will own over 30% of the o/s...please keep that in mind.

If they don't sell as well as other longs-then will that affect PPS ?


Let's think, shall we - would you rather have 120M o/s but the top 2 only hold 10% OR 150M o/s with the top 2 holding 30% ?

First scenario 108M or so in play

Second scenario 105M or so in play

* I would take the higher o/s (dilution) as long as the top 2 were friends and communicated !
