I'm not so sure a PR will be released right away. That is my thought, however.

After watching this CEO work I am very doubtful he will press release anything about the settlement. Remember he has a whopping 100,000 shares. He has shown all through this he doesn't care about the shareholders and he doesn't care about the price of this stock. In my opinion when it comes to this stock advancing he is a full blown idiot.
