So obviously, there is going to be a PR Thursday afternoon or Friday pre-market to announce the settlement details, so it got me thinking.....I wonder if Brian will use that PR to provide some other updates while he has the market's full attention....i.e. uses for the settlement money, new contracts, announce an investor conference call, give an ETA on earnings etc....There are so many catalysts here, now that this settlement is going to be behind us.

I bet Brian is giddy right now knowing the company can finally move full steam ahead.

The potential here is staggering.
