Regarding Financing....

I've asked IR twice about shareholder friendly financing; once on Dec 13th after the OTC QB uplist and once again on Jan 27th. Below is the latest information that I have on the financing topic.

It's a heck of a lot easier now. But I've seen so many good companies go down the drain with toxic financing, so care must be taken. They are certainly aware of the challenges.

Hello Paul,

Great to be out of the Pinks!!!

Do you think the company will be able to secure shareholder friendly financing terms to fund operations?

Thanks,

We have excellent sources of funding and I spoke to one last night who is in discussions with them. I've seen too many companies get in bed with vulture funding entities and then listened to them swirl down the toilet.

Hello Paul,

Has the company made any progress in securing shareholder friendly financing?

Thank you,

I've had several email conversations with IR (Paul) over the past couple of months. Paul is a straight shooter. He answers questions or gets the answers and shares the information he can and he does so without any BS (so far).

Based on my experience with him, I have no reason to doubt his comments regarding financing.

Now, now, your intentions are quite obvious my good fellow. No, the management did not develop the 'Business Overview 2016' with capitol TTCM had access to "when they wrote that." In the last year, S.R.I International, ARXAN, NOBLE INDUSTRIES have been working on the KLICKZIE TECHNOLOGY development.
We needed to be assured patent would be granted. Venture Capitol will not entertain financing a concept without a patent 'issue.'
Before the announcement of patent granted on Dec.24/2016 Dr. leonard was already working very hard with a Fortune 50 company. He had stated in earlier releases that he wanted a global partner.
I don't recall the "one offer of financing about a year ago that they passed up on" Your not talking about Blackridge are you? Who are you talking about??? I have been on this I Hub site everyday for a year and a half. Enlighten me.
What makes you think TTCM doesn't have any money to "develop it themselves at the moment." Not all her speculate funds will come from the F50. Paul Koptic the C.E.O. of the P.R.Firm that handles our account, has seen investors regarding Tautachrome. I'm looking forward to find out what Mr. McRae
is going to announce to us.
Dude, we just got patent approved in Dec. Issue will occur Feb.28 Patent published in the Patent Gazette in the same week. Buy as much of this stock as you can! PARK @ TTCM HAVEN

Patent Office process takes years. Add in industrial espionage, keeping the process and product safe from theft, means some steps in the marketing/selling process will not take place without patent protection. I don't' see where money speeds up the process to date.

The best answer comes from the Ceo it self, see below in quote box and i do think, that this is Co priority for now, Partnering and licencing revenues! So more and bigger the partners, so more the licensing revenues...so better and so faster Klickzie will come. And i self think that this is very smart, that Co gets asap and as much as possible its licensing revenues, so that TTCM could raise its Share value, Stock Liquidity and its Investor base, much prior to Klickzie is even made.

we expect 2017 to bring partners, licensing revenues, additional public awareness, and appreciating share value and liquidity for our investors
