Tony, you have more time to accumulate if you want. CBAI will be filing their year end-- Form 10k. They have 90 days so it probably will be the end of March.The quarterly's are 45 days.

There's no qtr due this week Tony, 4th Qtr is always included with the 10k, due on 3/30....

Still a good time to add though imo, these guys have to say something soon...

Too be exact the deadline to file the 10K is:

Non-Accelerated Filers-10-K: for Fiscal Year Ended 12/31/16 due Friday, March 31, 2017.
