Odd, I looked and didn't see any other address listed for EEGI.

I guess they have corporate meetings at McDonald's since EEGI doesn't have a real corporate office.

agreed. could also just be being used until everything is finalized and we get down to business as usual. can be changed easily at any time. once merger completion news is released pps starts moving. imo

Ditto... the company I manage is legit. We have a main office with a full-time secretary, I have my office in our equipment building. We also own an industrial park and 11 buildings.

Our address is a P.O. Box.

Very common for businesses who don't want or need public walk-ins to utilize a P.O. Box. A business such as this (past or present direction) would fit that.
