Well, if there's a good thing that comes out of this instituted IPR, is that it'll run past May and Apple won't be about to come uo with another one, as the year to do so, would have expired. This is their only chance,

Others should be receiving or have received a copy of both Responses (78 pages) from IR, if your on the mailing list, as you do with all PR's. It's a long difficult read, if your not an attorney. But, it looks real strong in favor of VPLM! IMHO........The chances of Apple settling are slim. But, with the EURO RBR coming soon, hopefully another infringer will see the strength of VPLM's case and make a reasonable offer. Because this IPR is still nine months from conclusion,

IMHO, the EURO RBR enhances the value two fold. There's twice as many people, as in the United States.
