But, it looks real strong in favor of VPLM! IMHO........The chances of Apple settling are slim. But, with the EURO RBR coming soon, hopefully another infringer will see the strength of VPLM's case and make a reasonable offer. Because this IPR is still nine months from conclusion,

IMHO, the EURO RBR enhances the value two fold. There's twice as many people, as in the United States.
