That was some great DD I hope it detoured some folks from becoming a mark. I really hope that this scheme is found to be an organized enterprise that solely operates with the intent of defrauding the public.

Well if David Foley does not ever go back to prison again for what hes has done scamming many with NTEL/NTGL/Royal Captital scams; Meow will know for sure that there is no justice in this world.

And Meow would love to give him a good scratching for scamming Meow. But the way things seem to work in this world, It will just get Meow Neutered by the justice system instead.

And for any law enforcement types reading this, please dont forget about Meow. Set aside a can of tuna or two, to help make Meow recover from the boatload of fishes Meow lost to the Foley scams. As Meow did not act selfishly and did not attempt to further the scam to minimize losses or shamefully profit. And Meow did all Meow could to warn the sheep of the shearing they where getting. And by filing complaints with the SEC and FBI about NTEK, and its corrupt promoters.
