Foley is going back to prison...

Along with the other Foleys. Or best case, he and they are going belly up both professionally and personally. Dave, Phil and Jeff are all personally named as parties to the Long Side judgements - and as such (as I posted earlier) the same court-supported inquiries made of NTEK by Long Side were also made on their personal situations.

Reading Chub's blog, it is evident that he is just as delusional as he was before he went in for the 500 day stretch - acting like nothing is amiss. And not one of his sheep investors has even thought of confronting him or asking anyone anything regarding the legal mess NTEK has themselves in.
