Yea by can u guarantee me a 1 dólar a share pps? Because man I've never been part of an RS that the pps actually reflected split, I always lost, most of the time 99% of the stock value too, can you see my hesitation here

Yes your argument is consistent and theoretically true until the first trade is made on the new trading platform. After that all bets are off as to the same pre/post "value" of the investment.

Although it is necessary and a good reason to execute the R/S there is no denying that Reverse Splits SUCK!!!
