i don't think that is right. they have 45 days for the 10-K. add 15 days if they file an extension. So the yearly report would be mid to late Feb.

they get 15 days to file the 10-Q plus 5 days if they file extension. that would make the Q mid to late april.

I may need to start watching sesame street again to reaqquaint myself with letters. All these Q's and K's and what not keeps me confused.
