Doctor friend of mine years ago here at work used to take a bunch of us up to his cottage (bigger than our homes) on Crystal Lake near Frankfort in September every year for a fishing trip off Point Betsy. He had his own charter boat he leased out during the year but we'd spend the weekend salmon fishing and drinking beer and smoking cigars on the big lake. One of the guys that would go from my dept (YUGE outdoorsman) would take our fillets home and smoke them for us. Geez that was good. I miss that and envy you.
