Dilution after the R/S is inevitable. It's going to take at least 5 million to go through the cert process again with a different aircraft and with a complete restructuring of their organization. The note has to be paid off also.
I can't imagine anyone will bankroll this effort without getting a majority stake in the new company. That will require doubling the stock issuance after the R/S.
