Institutional Investors will buy when the PPS goes over .1,
its the rules of the funds that keep them from buying.
I have a bid at .027 for 100000 anybody wants to sell?
I am in for the LONG and once the auditing is over with
and the GOOD NEWS comes out, the PPS will jump.
