Institutional investors don't care about share price. They care about market cap. $0.1 would put RXMD's MC at $36 million or so. Way too small, unless there are some real tiny institutions out there that are being referred to.
Investment funds are a non-issue for the near term and should be put on the back burner along with NASDAQ dreams. Saw's cry of "no institutions" is a silly red herring and should be taken as such.
