DMoffat I think this has been Peter's sinister plan for a couple of years now, dilute the existing shareholders and reduce the threat to Peter from the several extremely large shareholders who were becoming discontented by Peter's mis-management. Peter knows that new investors are way more willing to give a little slack for failed timelines than those who have lived with it for a long period of time. I think the unintended consequence is that when he released millions of shares at a lower than market price he started a landslide of sell-off which has brought us where we are now. Where is the Board of Directors in all of this? A management wasteland!
