One interesting about methylated MGMT is that it runs across all four subtypes. One would think it would be prone to mesenchymal, but it shows up everywhere. The likelihood that a psPD is also methylated MGMT is very high. Methylated MGMT psPD respond to TMZ, but there should not be many enrolled in the main trial. Methylated MGMT are also known to have the highest PFS and OS survival rate in many SOC trials, yet they should be mostly absent in the present trial. Still, people seem to be doing better and living longer than expected. It's very very difficult to think this is due to the 14% of patients that never received DCVax-L.
