As I predicted several times over the past couple of months this is heading right back down to where it was trading a couple days ago.

Now you can see the effects of a bloated, out of control share structure. It is not "innovative financing" it is a death blow to any chance of legitimacy that must be remedied.

The next PR that all of the longs have already started begging for will result in the exact same scenario. A buyout will not make anyone here rich, no one will pay anymore than this companies present worth, especially the big boys. If the sales pick up in the US they will HAVE to do SOMETHING to the share structure before anyone will touch them, for anything.
