My self says this is currently valued in the .40-.50 range as is. People need to wake up to the opportunity here!

I like your teams target best! But seriously ICNB shares some very large shareholders and I know most are not selling anytime soon. Most of the float is locked up n the .25 to dollars range IMO. All we need is a couple large green candles ahead of us to get the volume picking up and we should see the fist thing we need with a solid close in the .03's. Then churning in the .03 to .04's that will set us up for .05's to .06's. After that churn we see .10 plus soon after. I am very patient. I know ICNB is gold ahead for those who are patient.

My team says .10 to .15 by Feb. 18th!
