Since IENT is a non-reporting company for over 13 years, nobody knows what the current A/S and O/S share count is!

Last I checked, the Authorized Capital stock was 200 MILLION.

Preferred shares were 20,000,000 and the common shares were 180,000,000.

Who owns those 20M preferred shares and how many common shares are they convertible for??

Did JW sell IENT shares for funding? Who knows??
