Pure nonsense! This is 100% FALSE on so many levels!

For starters, the SEC does NOT determine if MIKP (or any ticker) gets on the pinks. It's FINRA that determines eligibility and only via a MM that sponsors an accepted/approved Form 211

Mark already has the go ahead from the SEC to go back to the pinks.
