I will say this, the TAX man is going to know all improvements done to a structure so they can raise revenue.

You can't just go to Lowe's a get started.

That's true. I hope Lugee tried Home Depot instead, particularly if Lowes didn't have all the supplies he needed. Plus at HD, he could do more saving and more doing, whereas at Lowe's Lugee can only love where he lives - that's hardly as important as more saving and more doing.

Right now, frugality and productivity are more important with LQMT as opposed to loving where one lives. Very valid points you make. Well said.
